2. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

• Your name, address, phone number, and email address

• Identification of the material removed or to which access was disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification

• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area (or, if outside the U.S., to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which xxthree may be found)

• Your physical or electronic signature

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

xxthree may terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including suspension or removal of content or users.
