This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Creator," "you") and xxthree ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the xxthree platform to publish, distribute, and monetize content.

By creating a Creator account on xxthree, you agree to the terms of this Agreement in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, DMCA Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

 

1. Eligibility and Verification

• You must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

• You must complete identity and age verification using a valid government-issued ID.

• You must submit tax information where required by law.

 

2. Content Standards and Compliance

You agree to:

• Only upload content you own or have legal rights to use

• Ensure all participants in your content are over 18 and have provided verifiable, documented consent

• Clearly label any staged, roleplay, or fantasy content that may resemble non-consensual acts

• Comply with all content restrictions set out in the Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

• Depictions involving minors or those who appear to be minors

• Non-consensual acts, real or implied

• Incest, bestiality, or extreme violence in a sexual context

• Drug use during sexual activity (excluding legal substances like alcohol used responsibly)

We reserve the right to remove or block any content at our discretion.

 

3. License to xxthree

By uploading content, you grant xxthree a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, and display your content within the platform, solely for the purpose of operating and promoting xxthree.

You retain full ownership of your content.

 

4. Revenue and Payments

• You set your own subscription fees and content pricing.

• xxthree retains a platform fee of 15% from gross earnings.

• Payouts are processed via [e.g., Bank transfer, Crypto] and may be subject to minimum thresholds and transaction fees.

• You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes.

 

5. Account Termination and Content Removal

• You may delete your account at any time.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, remove content, or withhold payments for violations of this Agreement or our policies.

• Termination does not affect our license to use content posted while your account was active, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

6. Confidentiality

You agree not to share confidential business, financial, or technical information you may access while working with xxthree.

 

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

• You use xxthree at your own risk.

• We make no guarantees about your income or content visibility.

• xxthree is not liable for lost profits, content takedowns, or account suspension resulting from policy violations.

 

8. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the International Laws. Any legal disputes will be handled in the court.

 

9. Amendments

We may update this Agreement at any time. You will be notified via email or in-platform notice. Continued use of xxthree means you accept the updated terms.
