This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") explains the rules for using xxthree.com and our mobile applications. We expect all users (creators and fans) to respect these rules and Nigerian laws.

By using xxthree, you agree to follow this Policy.

1. General Rules All content and behavior on xxthree must:

• Comply with Nigerian law, including the Cybercrimes Act and Nigeria Copyright Act.
• Respect the dignity, culture, and religious values of others.
• Not promote violence, hate speech, discrimination, or illegal activities.

2. Safe For Work (SFW) Rules Our mobile app provides a Safe For Work (SFW) experience. In the SFW section or app, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Nudity or partial nudity
• Sexually explicit acts or sexual content
• Suggestive poses, lingerie-only content, or sexually provocative material
• Any content primarily intended to be sexually arousing
• Strong profanity or vulgar language

All content uploaded to the SFW section must be appropriate for general public viewing (e.g., fitness, cooking, comedy, music, lifestyle, education, vlogs, etc.).

Creators are fully responsible for correctly tagging their content as SFW. Failure to do so may result in content removal and account penalties.

3. Prohibited Content (Applies Across the Entire Platform) You must not upload, post, or promote:

• Content involving anyone under 18 years (real or simulated)
• Non-consensual acts, revenge content, or blackmail material
• Bestiality, incest, or extreme violence
• Hate speech, ethnic or religious attacks
• Scams, fraud, or misleading information
• Harassment, bullying, or threats against other users

4. Behavioral Rules Users must not:

• Harass, stalk, threaten, or impersonate others
• Send unsolicited explicit messages (especially in SFW)
• Create fake accounts or clone profiles
• Spam, manipulate trends, or engage in fraudulent activities
• Attempt to hack, scrape data, or disrupt the platform
• Use the platform for prostitution, escort services, or illegal transactions

5. Creator Responsibilities

• All creators must be 18 years and above and complete identity verification.
• You must have full consent from every person appearing in your content.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with this Policy and Nigerian law.

6. Enforcement xxthree reserves the right to:

• Remove any violating content
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts
• Report serious violations to relevant authorities

Repeated violations will lead to permanent account termination.

8. Policy Updates We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of xxthree after updates means you accept the new rules.
